What would like to say to those out there struggling with depression and anxiety
Dear Human (presumably),
The struggle against depression and anxiety is a tough one, and what works for one person may not work for another. My first piece of advice is to confide in the people important to you, as they will likely know your situation best and will be able to support you through it. Don’t be afraid to ask for help! Reaching out doesn’t just involve talking to your friends and family though, it can also be asking for help from professional sources, as they will likely be able to give you more specific and relevant advice. Keep in mind that you aren’t alone in this fight, and you have people standing by your side all the way through it. Things can get better!
